“I made my order on March 30th for April 5th delivery for order #12863. DPD still have not received the parcel and I emailed the support on Monday 8th and still not yet received a response. In that time I have received 2 emails asking me to leave a review - despite my order not being delivered, and no follow up or comms around a delivery issue.”
