The installation was fine and I didn't need to be there. However I was only given an hour and a half-day notice that the work was to be done and as my neighbours have a right of access açross my lawn to their homes and garages this did cause a little disgruntlement when one neighbour who was out for the day was unable to garage his car because of the barriers. A bit more notice could improve your service.

More than a month we are waiting for that but 3 times thay cancel the appointment they didn’t come for change the neater yet

The smart meter is working well . I had one problem where i put some money and it did not register . I can tell you if it did cause I forget to check. But other than that it all good.

Lack of organisation. I cancelled the original installation date, however they still turned up. Then on the re Arranged date they turned up with the wrong meter.

The meter was not installed. They cancelled the installation with little warning. I had to cancel things in order to be home for the installation and it didn't happen. They have not contacted me again since not installing the meter to arrange another date. They promised they would do so quickly. They did not offer compensation for my wasted day. A four hour time slot at £12.50 an hour (which is what I would charge) works out at £50 lost because needlessly because of the late cancellation. The email for this review was awful too. What kind of a subject line is "Re; urgent" when it doesn't follow any mail marked urgent? It's a nonsense subject line that has nothing to do with the subject. Please do better when sending out requests for reviews. I would review your request as "Very Poor" too.

I’ve not had smart meter fitted I’ve been waiting such a long time I was told by access install on the phone they haven’t got fitters in my area very disappointed Anthony

As I wrote 9th May: "Installation process was very straightforward - difficult to see how the actual installation could be bettered. The engineer was polite and installed smart meter without fuss and checked electricity & gas was working OOK afterwards. However, confimation of the actual time of arrival of engineer would have been appreciated. We were told he would arrive in the morning - any time after 8.30. In fact he did not arrive till early afternoon."

Two appointments were made to install the Smart Meter and both were missed. No Smart Meter were installed.
