“I have put off writing this review because I was hoping to resolve the situation successfully. However, after almost a month of back and forth trying to get my complete order, I am beyond frustrated. I ordered 5 shirts at the end of April but only received 2 of the shirts (one was not even the size I ordered). I quickly sent a message to get this resolved, Four days later, I got a message asking for shirt sizes. Again, I responded very quickly. Again, I waited a week to hear back, and I was given a sob story about how busy they are. I was also told that they no longer had some of my shirt sizes. I suggested doing 2 different sizes. Again, I waited for three days to get a response. I was told that they had to see if one of the sizes was still available, and that they would get in contact with me within 24 hours. That was a week ago. I have sent two more messages with no response. At this point, I just want the products that I paid for, and I will never order from this company again. They are obviously incompetent, and they have no clue how to do customer service.”
“I placed an order for the first time almost a month ago and it has been an awful experience ever since. I received my order for an upcoming trip and 3 of the 5 shirts were missing. The shirts are now out of stock and can’t be replaced in the original size ordered. I have now tried to reach out to Customer Service several times with an easy resolution to this with no response. This is very disappointing and will probably be the last time I order after this experience.”

“I have had two different Harry Potter subscription services before this one, one of which is actually ending soon. All of them have had wonderful items that i enjoyed. But I feel like with other subscription boxes I was getting a lot of clutter for my display. Which I really enjoy! I love my display. But I couldn't do anything beyond looking at them and showing the items to people. My display makes me happy, but beyond that...
This subscription service gives me items that I can take into the world and use. And the items are really cute. I use my ministry lunch set all the time. I take my wizarding wireless speaker with me to listen to music. The first time I pulled that speaker down to use, My husband said he thought it was just a pretty decoration. I have garden stakes in my yard. My son adores the Hagrid rolling pin that makes patterns on our cookies. So thank you for all of the wonderful things that look gorgeous on my shelf. And thank you that I can take those things and use them.”
