“We ordered a Harry Potter box. They even did a survey on what house you belong to and such, and we chose Hufflepuff. The box came in and not a single Harry Potter item was in it. Definitely not what they made it out to be.”
“I have put off writing this review because I was hoping to resolve the situation successfully. However, after almost a month of back and forth trying to get my complete order, I am beyond frustrated. I ordered 5 shirts at the end of April but only received 2 of the shirts (one was not even the size I ordered). I quickly sent a message to get this resolved, Four days later, I got a message asking for shirt sizes. Again, I responded very quickly. Again, I waited a week to hear back, and I was given a sob story about how busy they are. I was also told that they no longer had some of my shirt sizes. I suggested doing 2 different sizes. Again, I waited for three days to get a response. I was told that they had to see if one of the sizes was still available, and that they would get in contact with me within 24 hours. That was a week ago. I have sent two more messages with no response. At this point, I just want the products that I paid for, and I will never order from this company again. They are obviously incompetent, and they have no clue how to do customer service.”
“I canceled my subscription in September and they charged me again in November. When I disputed the charge their response was “she had two prior charges that were not disputed”. That’s because I had not canceled the subscription prior to September!! Don’t purchase anything from them or you’ll be paying indefinitely for nothing in return! What a scam. They even acknowledged that I had canceled my subscription. I would have left zero stars but that wasn’t an option. Oh and forget trying to contact anyone in customer service. All they provide is an email.”
