“I do love every box and items I have received. The only real issue I have at the moment, is the communication. I have not received an email about my March box being sent, or an email that lets me know that the box will be late shipping. I used to get those communications regularly.
I also have received 2 emails saying welcome, congratulations on my first order....I have been ordering from you since it was called Accio. That was quite some time in the past.
I do truly love the items I receive. They have been nicely curated. Thank you for the care you show when choosing items.
One suggestion, we haven't gotten anything related to our houses in a long time. That would be something good to see again.”

I took off a star for the shipping. Shipping has been /awful/. I never know when something is actually going to ship after arrive. I still havent received something I ordered some three months ago. It took for ever for things I ordered off the shop section to ship, never mind arrive. It took months. And the subscription boxes never ship or arrive when they’re meant to do so. I dont think mine June box even arrived in June. And I know its because some of the items have issues arriving, but its frustrating. If it were once or twice it’d be understandable but at this point it’s almost regular. The shipping issues alone have almost made me considered cancelling, considering the cost of the subscription combined with shipping. Only the quality of products convinced me to stay. Something needs to be figured out about your shipping issues, or else better compensation and/or more transparency needs to be involved because as is its extremely frustrqting.”
