If you review my orders you will find that as yet you have not provided me with a satisfactory item. Firstly you advertised items you did not have in stock, then you told me an item was as described in advert but sent a different item. All very annoying. On the up side staff have been polite and refunds have arrived on time, but if I charged you my hourly rate for dealing with these orders it would be about £90 +VAT

I received a set of wipers which should have fitted my car but due to a different clip they didn't fit I contacted the seller and revived a full refund

Identified the part required, confirmed the fit to my vehicle and delivered to my doir within 48 hours. Had to fit the part myself, though! :) Excellent service. Thanks.

Excellent service,ordered wipers which did not fit on arrival,these were quickly exchanged for correct fitting & no return required.Would highly recommend & would use again.

Ordered a brake light switch but when it arrived it was the wrong part despite supplied vehicle details being correct. However Aceparts were quick to remedy the siuation and their customer service rep was very helpful and dispatched the correct part once part numbers were checked. Would not hesitate to use again despite hickup.
