“If you review my orders you will find that as yet you have not provided me with a satisfactory item. Firstly you advertised items you did not have in stock, then you told me an item was as described in advert but sent a different item. All very annoying. On the up side staff have been polite and refunds have arrived on time, but if I charged you my hourly rate for dealing with these orders it would be about £90 +VAT”
