Firme los documentos sin darme cuenta que si no seguía con las clases me iban a cobrar $2,000 no terminé la primera clase y llamé para cancelar y me dijeron que si no pagaba me mandaban a colección.Asi que todavía estoy pagándoles.

This company breached an agreement for resolution then turned around and accused me of breaching. Stay away from this company they do not care about people only if they get their money. Thousands of dollars for CLEP tutoring when you can just buy a book online and get a much better education!

We take all concerns seriously and appreciate the opportunity to address them. After reviewing your account, we see that you signed a cancellation agreement that included two bi-weekly payments. While the first payment was processed successfully, we have not received the second payment, which unfortunately results in the cancellation agreement being voided according to our policy. As a result, the agreement defaults back to the original Terms & Conditions. We hope this helps further your understanding of our policies. I tried to cancel due to not having time to do the course. It just wasn’t the right time for me. It has been a HORRIBLE process. I signed an agreement to pay a certain amount every two weeks. They took our DOUBLE the amount. Then refused to refund me, saying that they can just close my account. As a single mom, I cannot afford that. They transferred me 3 times and eventually said they would call me back. I am so angry and would NEVER recommend them. They do not honor SIGNED agreements and the operators do not listen.

Called to admit...admission rep. stated I had an account already while attempting to resolve the situation, (her name was Stephanie) she talked over me and would not allow me to complete my sentences. While asking her if i owed the company any money she continues to become loud and would not allowed me to speak. When she found out I called to be admitted and had money to start with she attempted to bring it down a notch. When I told her she should have a better tone with people if she chooses to be in customer service rep, she hung up. I'm posting this because becoming an RN is my dream. I would like to think the school that I attend would help me and if there is a discrepancy made as individuals we could work it out. The process/program is hard enough without additional stress. Word of advise, if you are dealing with people on any level whether it's a patient, customer or the homeless, they are all people compassion is the name of caring. If you feel you can deal with people without it customer service is not for you. I really expected more from a company that is pushing a nursing program.

If you’re serious about meeting your academic goals, and you continue to delay that idea don’t give up. I tried this program and did not find it beneficial. I took one class, one day a week for a month at 10pm till 1am because there were limited times for that course and that seem to fit my schedule. I wouldn’t do that again. On the other hand, I instantly found myself less motivated due to losses in my family. I comminuted with them for relief and I was denied. I’ve paid $1,300 for one course and yet I’m being told I have to pay another $500 until I can cancel. In my experience, this has become the most inadequate team and just a money agreement. I thought I was making the right decision for my further and instead I’m being held against my will to cancel until they get more money…. I’d rather sign up for community college rather than be persuaded numerous times to continue their program and make payments $$

We recognize that unexpected circumstances can arise, sometimes necessitating a pause in education due to personal reasons. According to our records, you enrolled with Achieve on 02/08/2023, and we received your cancellation request on 06/02/2023. As per our agreement, customers are eligible for a full refund if they cancel within 24 hours of purchase. After this initial period, you committed to registering and paying for at least one prep course. Previously, due to personal reasons, we offered you a discount on payments for two months. This arrangement allowed you to continue at a reduced rate instead of the regular monthly fee for June and July. We mutually agreed that regular payments would resume in August. However, on 07/27/2023, we received another cancellation request from you. After a discussion, you indicated a willingness to continue with the program by making a payment. Unfortunately, our attempts to reach you and follow up were unsuccessful. Today, you contacted us again requesting to cancel the program. We are eager to work with you to find a mutually agreeable solution. First, my instructor coughed throughout the classes every week. The instructor could not explain everything in detail, the other students were explaining the subject. I feel the program was a waste of time and money. The counsel kept telling me to pay my money in full instead of a monthly fee. The test was not explained in detail when or how the test was to be taken. So I wasted 115.00 dollars for nothing because I was not prepare correctly. Wasted money on this achieve classes for nothing.

It is only human to cough sometimes, especially since as an instructor you have to talk for many hours at a time. We do apologize if the course material was not detailed or instructive enough for you and have reported this to our E-learning department to investigate further. We do want to note that we have highly qualified BSN instructors who have helped thousands of students achieve their goal of getting an RN degree. I can see that our advisors have provided you with more information about financial payment options. Please don't feel pressured to make the payment in full. We also have a monthly payment option available that may be more suitable for your needs. We would like to resolve your concerns by offering you classes with a different instructor and free extra tutoring on a one-on-one basis so you can reach your academic goals.
