A cyclist road into my daughter last July all was ok with rider and driver so I reported it even though no details or names were exchanged as no claims were going to be made now they won't give me my no claims or even a new quote been promised a call back every time I ring but they never do have since been told they git no right to keep them as no claims has been made they absolutely lie to u or ignore u so avoid these brokers

Insurance setup was as difficult as they could possibly make it, demanding document after document, lack of communication then threatening to cancel policy. Everytime I call (So far I have called 6 times, I sit on hold for over 20 minutes then give up). Never receive response to any of the 15 emails I have sent. Then to receive more 'documents missing' notifications, then when I call to complain they ignore me. Never trust this company. Would never use again!

Not even worth one star. If anyone is thinking of buying an insurance policy from a choice don't do it! They are the most unprofessional company ever to deal with! Worst customer service ever no one wants to help your with your query they cut off you if you annoy them. All is okay until you have an accident then your treated as a second class citizen - it has taken well over four months and they still haven't resolved my claim - unprofessional to say the least. Don't use them!!!

Not even worth 1 star to be honest never answer the phone not very helpful threatened to cancel my insurance and just took the payment even though canceling it which has now left me penniless find another car insurer well done a choice you can explain to a 7 year old a 2 year old and a 4 month old that in case of emergency we can't get out c***s come to mind!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting! Cancelled insurance after chasing them around to get paperwork sent of when in my experience it’s all sent to you for you to return signed copies. Can’t get through to anybody, just music playing for 40 minutes! (Called several times at different times of the day it makes no difference) They may Be the cheapest but do yourself a favour and don’t ever use them. I may not even get a refund by the looks of it. I’m appauled and can’t even get through to speak to them about it.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Everything seemed like such an inconvenience. I could rarely get through to them on the phone as they would just cut the line or take over half an hour to answer whilst I would be on hold. I would not recommend A Choice at all.

I wrung the department to pay after I was late for the payment so hard charges (which is fair), however 'Arthur' the man on the phone truly helped me out. It was the day after Christmas, my car had been stolen with all my card and bank credentials (the perfect excuse one would assume) however, Arthur managed to speak to his manager and reduce my payment, no charges at all incurred! Thank you Arthur (I hope i got your name right!), You're a star to the company!

This insurance was for my daughter who is learning to drive, we used compare the market.com and A Choice came out the cheapest and best insurance overall. We are very happy.

Very happy so far they gave 2 options for my son car insurance who has only just started to learn option 1 pay the lower premium then when he passes it goes up or option 2 pay one price and it doesn’t increase when he passes they made it clear how much each option was and we also paid a premium to protect his excess so if he has to make a claim or has a claim against him he can claim back the excess of £500 which again is a great idea. As it was our first time of purchasing teenage car insurance I was impressed at the knowledge and helpful staff

We rang to set up a provisional licence policy and the adviser was very helpful and informed us about how we could set up the policy in a way so that when my son passes his test, the policy continues. This saved us a lot of money and importantly, my son's no claims starts from the date we started the provisional policy.

On the phone to them for over an hour, being on hold for half of that. Get through want to purchase monthly insurance and get told after giving every detail under the sun that I cannot do that. AVOID.

Brilliant policy, allowing learner drivers to spend less in their first and second years of driving, by counting learning towards your no claims bonus. Very impressed with the service. Only downside is that the important parts of the policy documents are not always that clear.

A choice have possible the worst customer services on the planet.... Due to the hour wait on the phone I have been unable to get any answers from them on how to supply them with every document under the sun... I had until the 14th to get the documents to them but they have now cancelled my policy on the 9th..... Don't expect to get any of my money back as they are just ripping people off.. Wish I had looked at the reviews before going with this idiot company..... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

It takes an unreasonable wait to talk to anyone on the phone. I have been 16th,18th, and 23rd in the queue when I have phoned. Gave up and sent an email instead on 23rd October and received a standard reply saying it will be dealt with in 5 working days which it was not. Sent another email on 30th October to get same response about being dealt with in 5 working days. Appalling service.
