“They were trying to take extra money from me as because of my mistake i have put 1 year no claim bonus and i bought insurance and on next day (monday ) i called them and said ive did this and they said without NCB we cant inaure you and i said ok n.p and they said you have given us 227 deposit and we will cut 50 cancellation fee 27£ for something else and 30£ for something else and we will return you 120 and then i said ok i will see you in court because i knew they were charging me wrong so the said ok we will return you 150”
