Worst car insurance company i've ever experienced. bought my premium and was asked to upload documents which you can do through the post, email or through there website. i uploaded the docs through the website and all was fine. i then get an email 2 weeks later with a notice of cancellation. i then try to phone up and am put in 40th in to a queue of calls. Very bad customer service.

Had nothing but lies and misleading of information from this company from start to finish, resulting in a complaint to the ombudsman! Never use this company EVER

If I could give these charlatans less than 1 star I would. They may quote a lower price than most other insurers but let me assure you, they will have their pound of flesh one way or another. Hidden charges, admin costs, any way they can extort you they will. Avoid at all costs.

Cancelled my insurance after 9 odd months with no problem, then received a letter saying I owed them £100. Emailed twice to ask where to send a cheque too and had no answer. Few weeks later had a letter from a debt collection company saying we owed them twice the amount originally stated. Cheap because they’re so bad. I was sceptical reading the reviews before I started my insurance with them, and I wish I’d of gone somewhere else. Hassle to set up, whenever you need to contact them expect to wait on hold and be met with a rude customer service. If I could rate lower than 1 I would

What a rip off. Confused.com should be fined for allowing these corn artists to appear on their price comparison site. They just took my money for the whole year and then cancell my policy for dodgy reasons, taking almos half the annual premium fee. I can't believe this is happening in England

The amount of problems I've had with this company have been exhaustive and costly. I got them through confused.com however they contacted me after purchasing the insurance telling me i'd given them incorrect details. This turned out to be a problem with their site whereby details I entered correctly into confused.com were changed once i was redirected to their site. The new policy was substantially more as well as having to pay admin fees. I initially told them I'd rather look elsewhere but they told me I'd have to pay a substantial cancellation fee which essentially trapped me into using them. I noticed the fault in their site so rang them to tell them about it. I was treated very rudely and basically told I was lying. When I asked to speak to someone else or a supervisor I was told there was no one else I could speak to. Fortunately confused.com were very helpful and when I told them about it managed to get me a full refund from a choice, who then decided to give me my original quote. I stupidly accepted and now that I have moved address and changed occupation, when ringing them to tell them, have been informed that these changes are not acceptable on my current policy. Apparently I'll need a new 12 month policy snaring me again. Im awaiting the details but I presume this policy will be extortionate along with the admin and cancellation fees. Their standard admin fee seems to be £45 which is more than any insurer I've ever used. On top of this they are extremely difficult to contact via phone as they must be very short staffed and I had to send them my proof of no claims and summary of my driving license many times as they constantly emailed and posted saying they were yet to receive these documents.

They requested information from me which I sent. But the colleague that had received this information left. I was then left to resend the information after being told I would not be insured within 7 days of a letter I received. I rang to confirm on a Saturday to check that they had received everything, and Nathan said that he didnt know, and couldnt find out if I was insured. Nor could he help me at all today. He claimed to send an email to someone to see if they could reply, but just said his offices are closing and he cant do anything. I will never use this insurance company again! God knows what would happen if actually had an accident

If I could give them Zero stars i would. Absolutely horrendous customer service and they simply lie to you to get you off the phone. Took over two weeks of sending documents and having 'checks' completed to then find out 3 days after the policy is due to have started that they are unable to offer insurance as I have failed to pass validation checks. When I asked which checks I had failed they refused to tell me and refused to transfer me to customer services to make a complaint. They are a complete and utter waste of time and effort. They say they will return you calls and never do. Complete SHAMBLES of a company.

Avoid these people. tried to get an online quote; got to the payment page and told there was a problem and to ring them. Sat in a queue for 15 minutes, then when it was answered told it was now too late and to ring again next day. Wont bother.

DO NOT INSURE with this company! They cancelled my insurance without sending a letter or phoning or giving a valid reason. They also took a month payment despite cancelling before the date and had the cheek to say I owe them an extra £50. They have now taken £300 for less than 2 months insurance. I think they are complete scammers who advertise on comparison sites and then find a reason to cancel and take your money.

The worst company i have ever dealt with. An average 45 minute wait on the phone to deal with. Charged £200 extra for change of address and no longer being a student. But hey when he is a student again no difference to policy just another£45 admin fee for the change!, (All other insurers gave a refund as cheaper address.) Will never ever use again and as we have 7 cars that's a lot of potential business they have thrown away!

Absolute rip off merchants!! Shame on the compare websites for allowing these cowboys to be on the sites. They will take your money and they will cancel your policy within the 1st month taking a £50 cancellation fee and commission fee. What they won't do is inform you by call or text only email which will go into spam. I was driving around for a whole day without insurance. I have a clean licence for a reason. They should not be allowed to cancel it without a phone call or even a text. Their reason for cancelation was just as poor as well. They asked me to send them documents which is fair enough but then denied receiving them!! Its 100% a scam. I wish I would of checked first but you live and learn. Just hope this helps others before they make the same mistake as me and 100s of others.

For a start if I could rate the company out of 0 I would. What an absolute joke of a company, I was forced to cancel my policy because the company said I was to young to be driving the car I have just now and refused to insure me on it, which to be honest is an absolute joke in itself, I cancelled my policy on the 2nd of august and the company was paid up until the 25th yet they still decided to send me a debt letter with an outstanding balance of £146.98 so I phoned them and took me at least 40 mins to get through to them, when I asked for a manager there was apparently none there to speak to me... good one, if you are a young driver don't ever go with this company THEY ARE A JOKE AND CHARGE YOU FOR ANYTHING THEY CAN! A choice.. you are an abomination of a company and every chance I get I will write a bad review.
