“I orded online and payed R 514.00.ackermans sended an email that they receiced payment.same day they cancelled that order.i then called customer care line they sended another email saying i must send proof of payment,i did send it but now they say they cant help me.i will never ever buy online at ackermans again they rob us day light with our money.”

Getting to the store… it literally took FOUR staff members effort to get to the right person who retrieves your package! That with 5 personnel members standing around!

I bought a Premio Tab 8 its broken on the screen now i can't get anywhere to fix .They tell me to purchase another phone and throw that away .Be honesty with customers before they buy your products please .We are struggling for the money .Heartbroken”
“I want to thank the staff at Ackermans N1 City Goodwood for their amazing work ethic and honesty. With a busy festive season and managing kids things you can lose or miss place your phone. The cashier Chloé spotted my phone took it straight to Verona the manager and they tried tracking me down. I was in flat panic but when I ran back to the store they calmed me down and said we have your phone mame it's on charge. Verona said they always put the phones on charge for people to track it.

“Unfortunately i see you have to choose a star to comment and in my honest opinion this does not deserve a star. Its almost 2 weeks and i am still waiting on my online order. By the reviews it looks like you not getting this online ordering right please discontinue because it's cleary not working for you or we as customers you are just giving yourself a bad name. Or try to make use of local courier services like all the others are doing. I just need my parcel that has been out on delivery from the 7th to be delivered atleast before Christmas. “I bought a cellphone at a store in Kimberley, non the less to say, the phone was a faulty device, the assistant at the store told me that he cannot help me because the manager is not in the store. It was my third day I went up and down back to the store to get assistance. Guess what,the same excuse. Is there nobody other than the manager who can assist regarding this. According to the terms, the return policy is 7 days. Now I went into the store within the period of 7 days without assistance. Please can you assist me. “I went to Ackermans at Cloverdene and Putfontein Rroad. There is a lady named Valentine I found her there and I needed her advise about a phone since I wanted to upgrade to the new one. I politely asked her and she gave me a bad attitude she was rolling her eyes for me and she was laughing at my old phone she mentioned that i looks so cheap. I told her that my old phone is a standby and she decided to go out without assisting me and then i drove to Vodacom at Lakeside mall because Valentine failed to assist me as a customer.She is downgrading your shop and shes also rude very rude and her service was rubbish how could you laugh at the customers phone . “I was just in your store. In paarl mall time 13H15 when i ask 1 of your assistance for help at the back of the store. She came leaving the door and her department unattended. She helped me and then i walk to the front of the store to the girls department and i hear a man scolling her out infront of the customers. He was cross because se left the door unattended so was she supposed to tell me i can't help you, i must be infront. He was like in f off at her telling her that this is not on for him. After he left i adk her sorry is this a customer she said no marm he is from head office. This happened at ackermans paarl mall. So sit let me tell you. From being your loyal customer your behavior was unexceptable. Why did you not turn around and go to the manager or supervisor who you never see on the floor and ask them kisten guys what can we do in a situation like this. They the manageres and supervisor you never see them only walking around in the mall during wirkking hours or outside to smoke. I felt bad for her because she was teary after he left. Please ask them the manageres and supervisor to do their work and stop sitting behind closed doors. Even if a person as a cluent stand at the till and the casher calls for autariz then they come in their own time. Give them a coarse of customer service representative and the others will follow. So from my side. Customers think twice to go to ackermans paarl mall. I dont want to give you a star the 1 star is for all the floor people excpecially the lady with the classes at the door and the one in ladies department.”
