It was my third day I went up and down back to the store to get assistance. Guess what,the same excuse. Is there nobody other than the manager who can assist regarding this. “I went to Ackermans at Cloverdene and Putfontein Rroad. There is a lady named Valentine I found her there and I needed her advise about a phone since I wanted to upgrade to the new one. I politely asked her and she gave me a bad attitude she was rolling her eyes for me and she was laughing at my old phone she mentioned that i looks so cheap. I told her that my old phone is a standby and she decided to go out without assisting me and then i drove to Vodacom at Lakeside mall because Valentine failed to assist me as a customer.She is downgrading your shop and shes also rude very rude and her service was rubbish how could you laugh at the customers phone .
