“general poor service, I felt little effort was made to research the market for a better quote. Your system is poor in this regard, in a normal event I would expect a schedule of alternative quotes as the first correspondence. You are meant to be a broker after all.”

We did run a comparison of quotes however as we explained we couldn't find the same level of cover you had for a lower premium, and you confirmed you were happy to proceed.
