“I was suspicious at first as I don't usually accept phone calls from unknown numbers and was not expecting to need to renew my policy, but the young gentleman emailed me as well and I was able to look for your phone number to reassure myself. He was very helpful, professional and informative.”

“Initially I was very happy with the service. Communication then dropped off completely. I understand Leanne was off sick but I would have expected others to step in. My last communication was 'I will speak to my supervisor and ask about compensation' and I've heard nothing since.”

After an n depth discussion about my condition he said that he would do his best to ensure that I was able to get life insurance and critical illness cover. The correspondence through tofu and I was able to get insurance and cover. I appreciate all your help and assistance to source insurance for me and security for my family.”
