“The quote was renewed more or less seamlessly, however confusion on the payment premium been quoted differently should have been managed better.”

“Upon receiving my premium for continued health insurance and found it had gone up by nearly £100 I rang you to see if you could get it cheaper you were all on Lunch according to a colleague and I would receive a call after lunch 5 days later I am still waiting not impressed at all”

“Checked other insurance company options to see if there was an alternative for renewing annual policy. Pleased to say existing policy with WPA is still the best value option for us.”
