“My contact was James Crocker, who from my initial call through to completion was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He was understanding of my concerns over switching PMI providers and guided me through each stage. He communicated well and reassured me completely - and to top it all with his help we were both able to switch cover on 'no worse terms' - a perfect result! I would happily recommend him and Active Quotes.”

“I was dreading going through the lengthy process to get medical insurance for our family and had been putting it off. I discovered ActiveQuote via this review site and was so pleased that I did. I was lucky enough to get Ross Crane as my advisor who made the entire process not only easy but actually enjoyable. He was very informative and ascertained exactly what we needed for our family and quoted us a fabulous policy which I signed up for over the phone. “I have just renewed by medical insurance - I was able to raise all my queries by email which is a bonus as I lead a very busy life and taking telephone calls is just some times difficult to co-ordinate. They dealt with all issues efficiently.”
