“I was sensibly persuaded to subscribe to (and not 'talked into') a viable policy that would meet my future needs, should I have to initiate the policy. The person I spoke to was flexible and not pushy, providing me with a number of options. They clearly understood my occupation and the possible pitfalls of such work. They also acknowledged that, although insurance is a policy you may never realise, it's always there if things do indeed go wrong. Well done and thanks again.”

“The renewal was handled well. Obviously, I was concerned about the increase in the monthly cost, but appreciate that the increase in my age, will inevitably bring more health problems, and Aviva has to prepare to pay pay out more in benefits if the need arises.”
