“Sadly I can only give AciveQuote five stars. I received excellent service from staff there -patient, professional, and very responsive. My issue was to change an expensive health insurance policy. ActiveQuote found the same cover for around £200 a month cheaper.”

“I've been needing to get a life insurance policy for some time now and was unsure who to go with. The telephone consultants for Vitalitylife were very informative, polite and kept me up-to-date at all times, either by telephone or e-mail. The procedure was very easy and straightforward. “I am not satisfied on the insurance monthly amount, i have been paying from last three years without any claim but every year the insurance amount goes up and I have mentioned this to your colleague who called me for the quote and he said will get back to me but no one has contacted me afterwards. So I will probably cancel this insurance and go for the new one somewhere else. I am not satisfied at all with your service. Thanks, Jamshed”

“How can I rate you when my last annual premium was not cancelled ,and I paid over £4000 to Exeter when it should have been cancelled!”

“I received my paperwork from Exeter and agreed the renewall before I heard from Active Quote. I hope my increased premium is not linked to anything Active Quote should be doing. Next year I will look elsewhere as this policy has now become VERY VERY EXPENSIVE!!!”

“I have dealt with Jamie Warburton at ActiveQuote who has offered a very professional but at the same time, a personal service. He always responds quickly by phone or email and goes the extra mile to check I am happy with the product and if not to find an alternative to suit my needs. I feel that I can rely on ActiveQuote to make sure I get the best deal on the market. Would definitely recommend them based on my experience so far.”

“I had trouble speaking to Jamie Warburton despite leaving a voice message for him to call me back. I eventually spoke to one of his colleagues who was helpful but was unable to reduce the increased premium being quoted by BUPA for my renewal.”
