Like everyone else we ordered the uniforms for our staff with express delivery. At the time of purchase the website said in stock.
After 3 days of waiting and not hearing fromWe contacted and they said it will be dispatched once it’s back in stock.
We requested a refund and they said there will be a re-stocking fee! They dont hold the stock and the stock wasnt even dispatched and they claim re-stocking fee.
They ignored our email and now marked it as dispatched so they can claim 20% re-stocking fee.
Do not buy from them. There is a reason it has poor reviews. Con artist”
“Absolutely pitiful service. Take your money, don't send your items then ask for 20£ for cancelling the order.
I'm going to have to go to court to get my money back but why on earth are they even allowed to trade!

I need 50-100 rucksacks, ordered one so I could trial print, and now 14 days later have chased with emails, no response.
Calling you just get a 1070's message to email.......terrible.”
“My items were delayed and have since arrived. Customer services did eventually contact me explaining the issue, which put my mind at rest. If the organization had reached out to all their customers earlier they would have received less complaints. They also needed to change their answerphone message which talks about issues due to covid, this is no longer relevant. I will use their services again as previous I've had no issues.”

Emailed them 6 times, also sent them all the paperwork ie: invoice, postage receipt etc. Still no response, tried to ring them, no response. Even went onto the contact page on their website and still got no response. Been doing this since October. Now have escalating this matter with PayPal. This company is a sham, their customer service is non existent. I run a large organisation with 15,000 members across the South of England. My experience with Activewear, will be broadcasted to all my members.”

“I placed an offer on the Sunday 16th and paid extra for express tracked delivery (within 1-3 days) as I need this top before Friday 28th and wanted to be sure it would arrive on time.
It has almost been one week and there is no sign of my delivery.
