Unfortunately the stud on my work trousers broke, I called them and sent a photo of the faulty stud and I received my replacement the following day.

“Absolutely rubbish service I placed an order on the 13th September and the order is still not with me, I've paid for items i haven't got which feels a rip of it is now 6 days since I placed my order, only one communication from activewear days ago asking me to confirm my address which incidentally is exactly the same as on my original order, not heard anything since very poor communication not impressed”
