“Buyer Beware. Adam and Eve is completely irresponsible, and completely lacking in accountability. I made a simple order. That order was then canceled without my knowledge. When I inquired, I was told my bank had canceled the order. So I contacted my bank. They said “No”, it was approved. Even providing the approval code. So after calling Adam and Eve once again I was told it was a “mystery” they had no answer as to why my order was canceled, and made no effort to reconcile the situation. Total lack of accountability! After being connected to a supervisor I was treated as a child, as if it was somehow my fault. She was rude condescending and offered no explanation as to why or how this happened. They charged me anyway and I am now taking this issue to court. I have never, never experienced such unprofessional, irresponsible fuckery in my life. They are a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.”
