“My package got lost in the mail and it took a while of back and forth to rectify the situation but they are shipping a new one free of charge. Overall good and helpful experience with customer service.”

“They are pathetic. They lie on their website stating an order can not be canceled once it is shipped but what they don’t tell you is “once it is picked and goes to the warehouse” it can not be canceled. So, if you want to return the item later once you receive it you will not get a full refund because of the shipping costs even though your order actually hadn’t been shipped when you contacted them. Also, I had 2 representatives hang up on me when trying to make them explain why their website lies to customers. It states an “order can not be canceled once it has shipped” I’m being told it is in the warehouse and was “picked” not shipped only picked but I can’t cancel the order.”
“If I could leave zero stars, I would. First time dealing with this company, and I guarantee it will be the last. The customer service representatives are some of the rudest I’ve ever encountered. Also, I have never before encountered a company that refuses to cancel an order prior to it being shipped. More than anything, this is lazy and an abuse of the customer. All this is is a company that would assume make things a hassle for the customer (aka: the one paying and providing jobs) rather than do the actual job. They absolutely have no value in their customers. Do yourself a favor and simply drive up to a sex shop.”
“I placed my order on December 4. Both items were in stock. Despite paying for expedited shipping and processing my order wasn't even processed until December 7. Then it was the 10th before they bothered to ship it. The package was supposed to be delivered by the 15th. Yeah, it wasn't and I still haven't received it. To make matters worse they can no longer track it because DHL apparently handed it off to another company. Remember I paid for shipping. As of today I have no patience or respect left for this company. They aren't professionals and you should never give them your time or money. As it is Im disputing the charges with my bank because they are refusing to take responsibility and own up to their series of mistakes. Go shop at a better”
“Paid extra for 2 day shipping and they just left an item out! When I told them they said they would send it out but it’s going to be 7 days to get to me. So I pay extra to get it in the time I need it, but when they mess up they don’t even send the replacement at the same speed you originally paid for...? When I complained they just don’t respond to me. Great customer service (not) I’ll not buy anything from them again.”
