“I recently purchased a Mother of the Bride dress. The dress showed in stock and ready to ship. I opted not to purchase this dress elsewhere based on that information. It took several days for Couture Candy, not Adasa to reach out and inform me that the dress was, in fact, not in stock. FYI they (Couture Candy and Adasa) are the same online retailer. By the time I was notified the other retailer had sold the dress. They did issue a refund, although 10 days later it has still yet to post to my account.”

“I contacted several retailers trying to locate a dress I wanted for my daughter’s upcoming wedding. They were so friendly, extremely polite and most helpful in helping me get my dress. Many stores do not accept returns, but they are willing to do so. For all of these reasons, I would highly recommend ADASA!”

“Don’t buy unless you read the fine print. All sale dresses are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. I am stuck with a dress I ordered in the wrong size. I don’t order from retailers with this policy but didn’t read their return policy well enough to see that I couldn’t return or exchange.”

“Ordered the Cinderella Divine CD0132 a size Small and it fit really BIG on my daughter. It's suppose to be no lower than knee high and it's like 4 inches or more below the knee. Too bad they don't exchange or refund your $$. Just didn't look like it did in the picture on-line. The corsette lace stated to break apart on the ends. Really Disappointed 😞 😕 😔”

“The service level and customer satisfaction is extremely low. If Adasa wants the customer continue using their services they should implement a full refund policy within a restricted time frame of the item receipt. The website has nice selection but I won't be coming back here.”
