“I shop at the Newmarket location and the manager Melanie Chan is wonderful. She knows my style and offers me things to try on that I always love. She often takes me out of my comfort zone to try on something a little different than I typically choose and i have to say that she is always bang on. i love it. I never feel pressured and she is there always willing to help. She is a wonderful employee.”

“I would like to compliment the girls in the Grande Prairie AB store for their commitment to customer service! I dread going shopping for clothing. Those who understands anxiety, self image disorders etc can understand the wish to blend into the background and be unseen let alone try new things. By the time I arrive at the store my anxiety is through the roof but each time I leave the store I am a new woman and my walk feels taller while wondering why I didn't go sooner. The sincerity, encouragement and helpful knowledge of product is simply the the best it can be. I leave feeling my best friends are behind the counter!”
