Advertised items at wrong size and wouldn’t rectify their mistake as I didn’t get back to them within 14 days, avoid at all costs, customer service awful

If i could give zero i would. This company is single handedly the worst catering business on the planet, they literally have no idea what is going on. They don't actually have the stock they advertise on the website, they sell it you, take the money, the try and source it elsewhere, if they can't find it they just say its been lost in transit. Do not give your money to this company.

Don’t bother ordering Order 2 blenders £300 each. 1 turned up Still waiting they keep saying it’s courier fault waiting for them to sort it No idea how long it’s going be. Very rude customer service Wish I read review first would of saved my money.

Shocking after sales support We purchased a dishwasher that broke down after eight weeks Refusing to allow us to return the goods under the sale of goods act They expect me to get an engineers report explaining what is wrong so they can send the replacement part for us to pay to get someone to repair it There are no companies that we could find that stock the heater element we need .My mistake for not doing my research before buying poor quality import from China Tried to say that if it was purchased for a Company we are not covered under consumer law I purchased this under my own name with my own personal card !! As you are suppliers of commercial catering appliances surely all your customers are business owners Buyers beware !!!!

The companies eCommerce website is fraudulently adding business details to any personal purchases that fall under the consumer rights act in order to illegally circumvent the consumer rights act and in turn reject any request from consumers to return items within the 14 days of purchase or cancellations. When confronted with their illegal actions the company will always claim that the buyer has added the business details purposely or accidentally, but this can easily be disproved by simply testing their platform with an additional secondary purchase and it does indeed prove without any doubt that their IT systems simply add in company details despite a consumer clicking on the 'consumer' tab and not having any of said company related details registered anywhere on their systems or account, trapping innocent consumers. They operate like common scammers.

Disgusting service rude service agents I bought an air fryer 15 days ago the door has melted after 5 uses. They say they don’t deem it faulty !! Need engineer report at cost of £120 (more than air fryer cost). Referred to terms and conditions! How can they get away with trading like this!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!! They are thieves !!!

I would give no stars if I could. I bought a multi-function pressure cooker from them. I went to use it at a big event and it came up with an error not detailed in the instruction manual. When I called they said as it out of the 14 day period I would have to pay for an engineer to come out, check what part is needed then pay for it to be fitted. These terms and conditions equate to robbery. It's clearly a faulty product. The call handler even suggested the error had come up on other cookers! Please do not order from them.

Absolutely shocking service and quality from this company. We are a five star hotel , had two very poor experiences with Alexa, the last being a rotary toaster that arrived with only three legs and six dents. Their response was it’s your fault as you didn’t report it within 24hours . Beware of this company and don’t expect any recourse if your item shows up broken . We also had a commercial mixer that also turned up damaged and they failed to resolve this too.

Terrible service had a chip dump used only for 2 months stoped working told me only parts only warranty then had to get Engeneer to give a report sent over to adexa chased them after a week saying its in a process parts not even been ordered spoke to a manager which didn't even give me her name thought they was a big company my local catering supplier has 100% better service then these guys please DONT USE!!

Leaving a review here with that hope that someone else can avoid the thoroughly unpleasant experience with Adexa that I’ve had. In short: Worst. Service. Ever. It has taken 8 weeks and countless emails (don’t even bother phoning, that’s even worse) to finally get a refund and that’s only after threatening legal action against them.

bought this machine 2 months ago. I just want to say that this machine is very disgusting. Very thin machine and sticky. Whenever we try to make any waffle its doesn’t come out properly, get sticky and burnt. I bought this product for my new small business and now regretting. Waffle now became a nightmare for my because of this waffle machine.

Absolute disgrace of a company. Through their own incompetence they could not deliver the goods I paid for. Then had the nerve to charge me £24 to re-deliver.thw customer service team are not helpful at all. Will never use them again.

I would never recommend anyone uses this company - I ordered an item and realised it has no cover that could be purchased (for a grill) and so attempted to cancel the order the same day. As it was after 1 hour they refused the cancellation and charged me £120 + VAT to return BUT ALSO 25% of the original value as a restocking fee despite the item still being on the pallet unopened. They get around the laws as they say this is a business to business as consumer to business it would not be legal. Therefore do not order if you are a business and take your money elsewhere
