“Spent over £1300 on an appliance, heavily damaged beyond use, on arrival and now they want us to pay 120 plus vat to change it. I will be paying a personal visit.”

“Really bad company to be linked with. They messed up my order and sent me a damaged item first and now within a year my microwaves front glass completely shattered, when it was not even in use and they said we can't do anything about it. As far as I'm concerned it's a manufacturer fault, it should not be shattering like this, my wife was in the kitchen at the time, she could have been hurt with the glass chippings. They just completely ignored me. Don't use their service at all.”

“No aftersales service. They can not provide any spare parts and no catering spare parts suppliers deal with Adexa, so if it does break down you have a big paperweight. Beware if you buy from this joke outfit. Would give 0 stars but unable”

“Dreadful after sales service, bought 2 induction hobs, both stopped working within guarantee period, Adexa putting every obstacle possible in way to avoid paying refund. I’m not in touch with trading standards for help.”

“Very poor customer service. Charly, in particular is awful. Adexa delivered a damage product, then took over 2 weeks to agree to a return for a refund but later refused to collect it, informing me that I should return it at my own cost. Deliberately misled and messed around for weeks. I had to eventually contact my bank to raise a chargeback request.”

“3 items purchased and all 3 damaged in varying amounts, large hot plate purchased and inspected on delivery but when putting it in place (removed completely out the box) to use the bottom is badly damaged. You have refused to move on your T&C's.”

“Ordered 2 items 3 weeks ago. Alexa say DHL couldn’t deliver because of a bad address. 17 emails to customer service later and I still don’t have the items. I’ve asked for a refund but they keep emailing with different transport issues. Tried to call but no answer and no one calls you back. Nightmare of a company! Do not use!”

“This is a terrible company. Customer service is the worst I have come across. Ordered a sink unit and over a week later no repose or I should say false promises given. Now told it would be at least another week. I needed this installed this weekend. Now trying to get a refund from them. Avoid this company. Even 1 star is to high...”

“Ordered product on the basis of the technical information provided but when received specification was different rendering the product useless to me. Provided Adexa with the information required highlighting error but have refused to collect item and issue refund. Due to the urgency of needing product have had to order an alternative ( from Nesbitts ) whilst I await response back from Adexa.”

“STEER CLEAR. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBE APPLIANCE SPENT £1000 ON AN ICE MACHINE THAT DOES NOT PRODUCE ICE. THEY WILL NOT PICK UP PHONE AND WILL NOT RESPOND TO MY EMAILS. CONSIDERING LEGAL ACTION NOW THROUGH THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT.I ADVISE THE SAME. OWN A DINER AND BUY ICE FROM TESCOS NOW.”
