This is a terrible company. Customer service is the worst I have come across. Ordered a sink unit and over a week later no repose or I should say false promises given. Now told it would be at least another week. I needed this installed this weekend. Now trying to get a refund from them. Avoid this company. Even 1 star is to high...

Ordered product on the basis of the technical information provided but when received specification was different rendering the product useless to me. Provided Adexa with the information required highlighting error but have refused to collect item and issue refund. Due to the urgency of needing product have had to order an alternative ( from Nesbitts ) whilst I await response back from Adexa.

STEER CLEAR. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBE APPLIANCE SPENT £1000 ON AN ICE MACHINE THAT DOES NOT PRODUCE ICE. THEY WILL NOT PICK UP PHONE AND WILL NOT RESPOND TO MY EMAILS. CONSIDERING LEGAL ACTION NOW THROUGH THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT.I ADVISE THE SAME. OWN A DINER AND BUY ICE FROM TESCOS NOW.

OMG, I wish I had read these reviews before my worst buying experience with this company ADEXA. My question is how the hell are they still allowed to continue trading? Customer service is appealing, the delivery is shambles, the items are cheaply made. Something needs to happen to stop this disgraceful company trading in the catering industry. The glass Washer I bought for near £800 is a joke, matchbox could have made a better one. As for the non existence of customer service, where are they, or who are they, do they really exists or is it a one man and his dog who run this outfit. I don’t have the energy or time to explain my experience with is dam company. All I have to say is DO NOT waste your time, energy, or money.

WORST COMPANY EVER. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ADEXA. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT. THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES, AND IT TAKES AN AGE TO GET A REFUND, AFTER THEY TRIED TO TAKE 25% FROM ME. ONCE THREATENED WITH SOLICOTORS I GOT MY REFUND

I wish I could give them one star. Bunch of thieves I ordered 8 items but one was missing and spoke to customer service they didn’t give a damn about that. Pathetic customer service. No-one answer the phone.

Terrible customer service. Fridge turned up very badly damaged, we were offered £58 reduction, then told our responsibility to re package, take time off to arrange return. No one replied to any emails and when I finally managed to speak to someone they just read a script and clearly were not concerned about our inconvenience or frustrations. For an expensive fridge I expect some form of customer service or concern ……. But they do not care. It’s unusual for me to write a review but I am so annoyed we are taking legal advice and getting support from our credit card.

After 17 days, apologies and promises of delivery - my purchase HAS NOT ARRIVED. Is this a legitimate business ? Adexa have £118.90 of my money.

Absolutely the worst customer service EVER!!!Back in May this year I ordered A Fridge and Freezer stating both were in stock and would be with me in 5 working days. After 10 days I had heard nothing. Tried over 20 times calling phone never answered once!!! Emailed asking confirmation of my order and what was happening with it. Got the most Mickey Mouse order sent back stating one item was in stock but the other wasn't. When you pressed on the tracking information nothing happened. I contacted my bank after receiving my second email with no further information to cancel my payment. I heard nothing more, about two weeks later I received an email stating my order was cancelled. This was back in May of this year. I've just received an email today stating I've still not paid for the items that APPARENTLY HAVE BEEN DELIVERED TO ME. These never have and I would urge anyone to avoid this company at all costs. What an absolute farce.

Ordered a coffee percolator which came damaged in the box. They offered a 10% refund which we accepted. This is were it all started to go wrong as the dispensing nozzle then would not shut off and put hot coffee over somebodies hand. Contacted customer services and they asked for a video of the problem, which was sent. They said cannot view it could I send again which we did and this is were it went really quite and we heard nothing for a fortnight. Contacted again and they denied ever receiving the second video which was sent again. Still waiting for a reply which was almost 5 days ago. Absolutely appalling customer service will never use again

Bought a oven in July 2021, on next day delivery. Item took 11 days to arrive, left outside and damaged box and damaged item inside. DHL don't even know how they got the item, other than it arrived on a pallet left with them. We have made overeight hundred phone calls (over the week) to Adexa Direct to no avail, as no one at the company answers the phone. They also do not reply to emails. It is impossible to get hold of any one at this company. We also been told by DHL that they are having issues with this company and also unable to get hold of them too. We recommend not ordering anything from this company, how they are still in business. Also Catering Insight May 2021 has a acticle about them which states they are an insult to the industry. We now going down the legal route to recover our money paid for the item. We also note after checking out Adexa Direct, plenty of others have already gained CCJ's on Adexa Direct for refunds of items not recieved. AVOID !!!!

I ordered an ice machine on behalf of our small cricket club in May 2021. On using it for the first time, the machine poured water out the back and had to be switched off. Adexa requested pictures and the serial number when I asked for help, which we immediately sent. After this, my numerous emails and requests for help (also using the chat function) have been COMPLETELY IGNORED. Our Club spent a lot of money for this, not easy given the circumstances - and the level of disregard and completely unprofessional attitude has been shocking. We are now taking legal advice, after I gave the company warning that we had no more options available to us. I would strongly recommend no-one buys any product from this company and I wont stop the process now until they have sorted this out, either by fully refunding the cost of the machine to our members, or by sending an engineer out to get it fixed.

Just bought a small fridge from this company. Did not work on delivery! Impossible to get hold of anyone from the company. No one answers the phone, no reply to emails. How is this company still trading? Credit card is now taking this over for me! Avoid!!!

I rang in today to enquire about the 10% discount for the July promo and first a gentleman answered the phone and I explained that I was trying to make a purchase online on Tuesday and it would not go through, he said he will ask a manger and let me know if there was anything he could do, the phone got disconnected. I called back the lady who answered the phone was rude and adament that she cannot get the discount applied and would not put me through to a manager and hung up abruptly. I called back and got no answer phone just rang off. Called 5 Minuites later again another gentlemen answered the phone and was not preparred to help and hung up. Very very poor customer service. This company does not want your business find another supplier, I wonder what there after sales service would be like........

Hi I rarely ever write reviews but after the POOR service I have recieved I will invest all my energy into LETTING EVERYONE KNOW how bad the service is from this company we have a coffee chain and placed an order for 10 boxes of Flat milkshake lids and it was handled very badly, I had to chase the order on a daily bases I orderd on 15/07/2021 and was advised by ash that it will take 3 working days, then I had tp call and after numerous emails and phone calls they advised that it will take 4-7 working days, I have called now which 7 working days have been passed and still no update regarding my order, and now they are saying it will take 10 working days, they have lied frequently and I requested to cancel my order. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AS THEY WILL DO YOUR HEAD IN, trust me

I have ordered several times from Adexa and there had always been some issues. The very last time (a month an a half ago) I ordered 10 pizza trays and spent quite a lot of money but I've only received 1! I called but nobody answered. I emailed but nobody answered. I don't know what else to do. It's extremely frustrating and it seems to be impossible to get hold of anyone. I simply lost my time and my money. The only thing I can do is to warn new potential customers not to buy from Adexa! Never again!!!
