Do not buy here, all equipment faulty and not working after 1-2 weeks. Unfortunately spent a lot of money as bought all for new caffe - from fridges to smoothers makers. All wrong, avoid, avoid, avoid.

AVOID ADEXA! They are a cowboy company! They delivered our large item to the wrong address and didn't even tell us! Then they blamed us for their incompetence and refuse to take responsibility for breaching the terms of the contract. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I bought two pieces of equipment with… I bought two pieces of equipment with adexa.com.uk and I've been requesting a VAT refund for exactly 45 days, since the delivery was made in Jersey and we pay GST here the VAT has to be returned, they informed me that I should have paid shipping fixed for Jersey where the value is 96.00 £ so they would deduct the shipping, but at first they informed 15 working days for the return, the deadline has passed and they do not refund me the value of VAT which is 706.60 Date of experience: 20 October 2022

Beware!! This company is cheap for a reason, the products are so poor quality they are not fit for purpose. They have no guarantee or warranty even though they state they do because they won’t source parts and would send replacement part or refund a product that was delivered missing. A company run by cowboys specialising in ripping people off. Customer service is awful, particularly Zaffi who is rude and unprofessional. DON NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Discount appliances and nisbets are far better so shop with them instead.

Order number 577346 I bought this item less then one year over 200 pounds I paid. The machine give me terrible problems I called customer support send email they are instructed me to get ingeeneer report send to them then they will look into it. Purrently its when I agree there terms and conditions its on there that only parts are covered which I have to arrange an engineer this is something new to me. Never heard this before. Stay out of this company they are horrible to customers someone called Zaffy on the other side of telephone also rude... Never buy anything from them. It should be just simple organising a replacement or fix the problem not asking customer to go through a new stress of arranging an engineer to look at. That should be your engineer to look into it. Not me. Sort this out otherwise I m taking this to ombudsmant...

Cowboy selling practices, low quality goods not as described nor as depicted, customer service having a laugh, saying that as a business buyer we have no rights, it is either take it or leave it. 25% restocking fees. On top of all that they don't seem to care about these reviews, and I am just wasting time. Please avoid them at all cost.

Whilst the prices can be seemingly cheap - the product quality is not great and their customer service disgraceful. Will be taking the matter to the Small Claims Court given they don't understand contract law and fitness for purpose. Find a company that cares and gives better customer support when things go wrong. Their customer service mantra is literally "No sh*ts given".

Never, never buy anything from this company! They sent out an item that was broken, took ages to pick it up. They are now saying they haven’t received it back, so no refund. We have phoned repeatedly and on each occasion they have given excuses (lies) and said they will look into the matter and phone us back. Oh what a surprise no phone calls. This company basically tells lies. Do not order from them unless you want to throw your money away. I got one name Tristan from customer service promised he would return my call, but it must be in their training to lie.. The training is amazing because all the customer support lie so well. Just to reiterate don’t order from this company , go elsewhere where you actually get the goods you ordered or your money back . A VERY BAD COMPANY!!!!

Customer service is vile, and the delivery service is horrendously poor. They sent out round tables in the wrong colour instead of square tables. Yet refused to take them back or do anything about them. They then refused to take back a fault light. And also we’re unable to provide the items that were ordered and wouldn’t credit the right amount that were not delivered. All in all everything was such poor customer service and the only person that was at a loss was me!

I received a very damaged commercial fridge (top crushed by the control unit) which cost £1738, I was offered a £90 discount or £120 voucher. Adexa refused to exchange or refund because their terms and conditions say you are not allowed to accept the item from the driver if the item is damaged. The problem with this is it is strapped down on a pallet and covered in cardboard, you have to have it off of the truck and then remove all of the packaging to see the items which took much longer than the delivery driver was willing to hang around for. I was told the complaints procedure was under contact us - of course it wasn't! Do not shop with these people they have every excuse under the sun not to provide any after sales or customer service and refuse to take any responsibility for their damaged goods. I have now lost £1700+.

How I wish we had read reviews before purchasing from this company. Now after 2 griddle cooking units that the surface has lifted and a double chip fryer where one side packed up, why did we think it was ok. We have complained but we too have been told to pay out for a report and no chance of a replacement. As with all Chinese stuff it's rubbish and should be avoided. Please beware this company.

I bought a Catering Table from Adexa. on delivery the table turned out to be heavily Damaged on one corner. i sent an email stating the problem and that i will now be losing monies as i cannot get my commitments completed. i then called to explain the problem they put the phone down on me i recalled again the phone was put down on me. i left it a few hours and then recalled only to be told you will not get a replacement till the other has arrived and inspected. they offered me £25 discount on the item if i keep it or a £35 voucher. not a chance its damaged beyond repair. Trying to get any meaningful help from the customer services is impossible. Their replies are difficult to understand and show little understanding of consumer rights act 2015. Adexa show no concern that their faulty product is not useable at all and their attitude towards customers is arrogant, argumentative and highly suspicious. They then said my email was rude I replied if you found it rude it wasn't meant to be read that way. I then said Sorry if you feel that way. You have to see this from the customer point of view. The table I was sold is clearly not fit for purpose. I would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from this company. plus now i will have to wait till the item has been returned within the 14 day under the Consumer’s Rights Act 2015 which they have failed to meet this too. This system is all old hat and out of order. their should be a better law put in place against companies like this. Please see below what I received from this so called company. I’m still waiting for this item to be picked up and receive my monies. I think it’s time to go to trading standards and report this to them I will add my update later. In one of their emails they thought it had been picked up till I told them it’s still here

Should have read these reviews first. Crooks. Charlatans. Thieves. ordered a pro whisk set. It arrived minus vital parts. They said because I didn't tell them within 24 hours of delivery then it was tough luck. They've been doing this for over a year and getting away with it. There's and interesting piece online about a small claims court case too.

AVOID, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! AVOID this company!!!! Absolutely appalling customer service. They deliver broken items and if you email within 48 hours they will do nothing! Ridiculous terms and conditions of claiming within 24 hours, as a busy business we had not had chance to assemble the product until a day after delivery and because of that we cannot return a broken product. Rude customer service and absolute cowboys, how do they still have a business?!! Wish we had read the reviews before ordering as we are obviously not alone. Will never order from them again!

Was trying to give a 0 star but this option isn't available. A planatary mixer was purchased and after 12 month the attachment had broken. I am unable to purchase an attachment from them as i am outside my warranty and my only option would be to buy a new mixer and hope it breaks within 12 months to be able to have the spare part. Anything later would mean i would have to buy a whole new mixer again.

Awful company DO NOT USE bought a dishwasher from them but cannot get parts when it breaks, even though they "apparently" supply the parts in warranty they cannot and will not tell you where you can get parts, the parts are impossible to get ... have no idea after so many bad reviews how they are still trading AVOID at all costs !!!!
