Terrible service, terrible warranties and products that don't even last a year! Stay well clear, you won't save any money buying their terrible products because when they break down, you'll have to pay to repair them

Stay away!! Terrible service and in fact robbery !! Sent a faulty ice machine and told to jog on as I reported it after three weeks instead of 14 days !!! A joke !!

First and last time buying from Adexa, should have read the reviews first. Inferior products matched by poor customer service. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

Having ordered over £4k of equipment. One item arrived damaged and another never turned up. Eventually they agreed to take back the damaged item. But I am still waiting for a refund, 3 weeks later. In addition when I reported that we were missing some parts from another item I was told as I had not advised them immediately on receipt they could not help. I even offered to buy the parts (2 small knobs) they said they could not supply them. Doesn't look good to on going support and spares. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Wished I read all these reviews before purchasing , cowboys is putting it lightly bad customer service where staff were putting the phones down complete amuters what ever happened to the " customer always right " first and last time you take my money Idiot company .

Dreadful company. Their website makes it appear like the first order you make doesn’t go through. I ordered two of the same thing on the same day and then when I explained to them what happened even after I offered to pay for return of one item that said they would only refund 3/4 of what I paid. Seems from reviews this happens a lot and seems like a scam.

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I bought a single commercial glass door fridge which has not worked properly since it arrived in November. When contacting the company they advised I only have a parts warranty. I had to provide an engineers report and a picture of the replacement part, at my own cost. The part was sent and my fridge became a freezer. I then was advised that the liability was now mine as I had provided the engineers report. Honestly don’t buy for this company

Never ever buy from this company. I purchased a wine cooler that arrived with a damaged door , I reported the damage immediately but they are not interested, after 5 phone calls and loads of emails I am still stuck with a damaged item, I requested a management call back 4 times and I am still waiting, all they offered is a small discount for me to keep the item which I don’t , I even asked if they could get a replacement door trim and they said no as they don’t keep any spares and can’t get them . Avoid at all cost

If there was a zero star I would give it this. So wish I’d read these reviews before I bought a faulty pie warmer off them. They will NOT even begin to listen to your problem. My pie warmer came with too short a glass front so obviously doesn’t keep any heat in. We were told we had to prove this???? Sending pics didn’t help. So we are left with something that is useless. A cowboy outfit. Keep away from them,

This company sells very poor quality goods and makes a fortune doing so. They mix these poor quality products with reasonable products so they can get a 'Great' rating on Trustpilot . Look at the Trustpilot ratings and you will see that 35% of reviews gave this company the lowest possible rating of 1* and yet Trustpilot have given them a grade of 3.8* and describes them as 'Great' ? Perhaps this is because Trustpilot get a fee / payment from Adexa?

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Ordered a sink as it was advertised: An overmount sink, which sits 'on top' of the worktop. When I received the package, it was clear that the unit had quite few returns, as the box was clearly opened and sealed back quite few times, plus all the polysteryne protection was destroyed in pieces inside. The sink I received had a strange form with a 2 cm raised edge, making it impossible to fit it flashed on top of the worktop. Totally different to the unit advertised and to the measurement drawing displayed in the web, When I asked to be retuned and exchanged for the unit I ordered, the worst customer service I have had the nightmare to deal with, told me that it was my fault, that the photos (included those ones with clear measurements) are only for illustrative purpose. Incredible! I was socked! So, basically, I received something that I clearly didn't order, I didn't get an apologies and I quick return, but instead blaming to me about their mistake and leaving me with a totally useless sink and not more answers from them So, make yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs, they might send to you whatever they want and leave you without solution. TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!

Avoid avoid avoid. Ended up having to go to court to get a full refund and costs before they finally collected the faulty extractor fan away at their expense. It still took one and a half years of rigmarole and lame excuses, with them wanting expensive engineers and electrical reports. And I’d even bought a second extractor fan - exactly the same that did work - but they still refused to refund the first faulty one. You’ll be unlucky to find a worse company this side of Mars!

Awful company to deal with! Zero after sales care despite spending thousands on a piece of catering equipment. The machine broke down after 6 months and it took a further 2 months to finally get a part sent out, then when it arrived, it was incomplete and they're refusing to replace anymore without another costly engineers report. I've jumped through endless hoops they insisted on before they released the part and I'm still out of pocket with no working machine in sight. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Do not buy here, all equipment faulty and not working after 1-2 weeks. Unfortunately spent a lot of money as bought all for new caffe - from fridges to smoothers makers. All wrong, avoid, avoid, avoid.

AVOID ADEXA! They are a cowboy company! They delivered our large item to the wrong address and didn't even tell us! Then they blamed us for their incompetence and refuse to take responsibility for breaching the terms of the contract. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I bought two pieces of equipment with… I bought two pieces of equipment with adexa.com.uk and I've been requesting a VAT refund for exactly 45 days, since the delivery was made in Jersey and we pay GST here the VAT has to be returned, they informed me that I should have paid shipping fixed for Jersey where the value is 96.00 £ so they would deduct the shipping, but at first they informed 15 working days for the return, the deadline has passed and they do not refund me the value of VAT which is 706.60 Date of experience: 20 October 2022
