Wish I could give less order from here over a month ago and haven’t received the order despite it saying shipped can’t get through on the phone and they don’t answer emails. Now having it take legal action against them. Is anyone else in this position if so I’d like to hear about it. Don’t order anything from them ..

Beer cooler delivered damaged, after 2 weeks of trying to phone which was never answered and emails that were never replayed to, I am still trying to get a refund or replacement. Please don’t use this company, the customer service is appalling

Avoid like the plague!!!! Have been trying to contact FOR A YEAR!!!! Call every single day, email every single day, not one reply! a £2000 piece of equipment broke after a month! All engineers I have spoken to about fixing it say they wont be able to because Adexa wont sell them spare parts!

ordered on friday got txt on tuesday about delivery on wednesday between 3.30 and 4.30 got delivery at 3.45 excellent service goods brand new in new condition no dents would order again

Avoid this company. Once you make an order online you can't get in touch with them and you are lucky if you get your delivery.

Ordered 3 items, 2 arrived together with 1 severely damaged. Reported the damage and sent photos, 4 days later I've heard nothing about that. Still waiting for my 3rd item. It said it would arrive after 3-5 working days, but probably on day 6 now and my item is still on the warehouse, waiting to be dispatched. Spoke to them about that and they were no help whatsoever. I have never seen customer service as shocking as it is at Adexa.

I think I should consider myself lucky as I've not purchased anything yet from those people. But my story started pretty bad, that's why I decided to search for some reviews. Their phone never answer, from 10 times when finally once someone picked up, they promised that the salesperson will contact me to explain my query within an hour... You got this, they never rang back. When I wanted to check if they will on their chat a person there was very angry and couldn't even properly read what I was trying to ask them for. I'm lucky that I did not spend a penny with them... It could be a disaster as I was to buy a walking fridge and with all the extra shelves and services it would come up to £5000. Watch out with them surely!

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! They will take your money and not deliver the items. They will not answer your calls or emails. Got a refund through MasterCard.

I am sitting in shock at the most dreadful customer service ever. I have never received my item, paid on the 23rd April /21 and I have now cancelled it, and want a refund. I have contacted them many times by email, they say it was despatched to DHL, but DHL have no record. This company should not be allowed to trade, as they cannot be relied upon. I am concerned that they are not going to refund, but — I would not even give them one star. I think that it is all very suspicious and should be looked at by Watch dog or similar.

Order 370326 for £730.79, not a small order by any means. Placed 22/04/21 Email 26/4 advising there will be a delay Replied 27/4 asking for an update Email 28/4 "Due to the volume of the orders, we are a little behind and these will be with you early next week." Relied 30/4 showing damage to boxes received. Email 30/4 "Please let me know if there are any issues with the product and I will check with the warehouse." Replied 6/5 asking for an update Email 6/5 "They will be with you early next week via DHL" Replied 12/5 "Still waiting" Email 13/5 "Everything has shipped except the Wall mounted Hand Sink Wall mounted faucet Stainless steel | Adexa HS12 Which will arrive with you Monday or Tuesday" --- This is the customer service you receive from Adexa. "Hi and kind regards go before and after their emails", that's it. No apology, no updates, products arrive in damaged cartons. My email communications are surprisingly with a director, Kevin O'Donoghue. As you can see he has about as much customer service experience as a brick.

First of all I would like to say that I did ordered few times from them,and if you are looking for something cheaper then somewhere else they are probably good ,if you are lucky. Honest review from business perspective : Ordered bar bottle cooler fridge 2 weeks before I actually need it ( just to make sure that it will arrive on time with all the delays). Received 3 days earlier then expected, courier called on Friday and asked if they can deliver on Saturday, sure no issues,just asked them to give me a call 30 min before. Of course as all the couriers they did not kept the promise, received call when he actually was by the door. I said that will be there in 15 minutes. As you can guess he did not wait for me. On Adexa website its stated that you have to unpack goods and check them before signing delivery note( please do that!!!! ) . I arrived ,unpacked and realised that fridge is damaged. Obviously its Saturday and office is closed . Waited till Monday, after 22 attempts finally got trough, started to call at 9:05,thought will give them 5 min since they are open. On the phone they apologised for inconvenience and asked me to print out return label which they will email shortly,pack fridge back in its original packaging, make a photo and email to them when its done with photo attached. Well,thats at first after 16 years in catering someone is asking me to do something when actually I'm the one who is paying. OK,I got on with that and did it all within 30 min. I purposely asked do not leave it till the last minute as I need fridge ass soon as possible and do not wish case to be carried on to next week,answer was: not to worry. We are now in Tuesday: emailed them if I could get an update on my case please. Got the response in few hours stating that collection was arranged and will take a place Monday ( so that will take a place next week,what a surprise). Emailed back regarding the replacement as there was no information on email regards that. No answer on a day. Wednesday, called them 47 times,finally got trough. Asked them politely regards the replacement answer I got did not surprised me,shocked me : You will get the replacement send to you as soon as we will receive damaged product. I reminded them that I specifically asked do not pull the time and sort it out as soon as possible, they don't want to know anything about it,that is their policy and thats it. I get it,but why I was asked to make a photos and was rushed about it to make sure that all goes quick? Obviously if they would collect it on Monday, they probably would receive it on Tuesday, send the new one out on Wednesday and I would receive new fridge following Monday. Big question is ,what did I do wrong except ignored all the bed reviews ,ordered fridge and paid them money and Obviously did not get what I paid for. Solution was offered buy one more online and get the refund for damaged when we will receive it back within 14 days,that is a massive joke. Statement on their website that they are leading catering supplier is completely false and joke. They do not have even automated voicemail ,how that is possible from leading supplier. So ,if you are lucky enough to get it all right first time,you are lucky. If not prepare your self for a massive hustle. Your choice,I Obviously will not order form them again.

Absolutely shocking experience. First sent the wrong equipment tried to pawn me off with the Cheeper models then after waiting 2 months for the new products they came faulty when asking for a refund was refused and told sorry we don’t make any of the equipment I said it had Adexa written on it Yes we just put our name on other brands Wow. Do not use them there is a reason they are Cheeper than other company’s it’s because they are sh#t

Bought two shelving units. Delivered but not informed. Spoken to them numerous times. Sent pictures and told I’d receive the following items the following week but nothing. Spoke again today and said they will send out and no one has chased up. Absolute nightmare!
