“Avoid this company at all costs! Shocking!”

“Worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with! Wrong item sent, and now saying it could take several weeks to send the right item! We are now without a fridge coming up to a busy weekend, and have the wrongly delivered item in our function area ahead of several parties this weekend with nowhere to store it! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!”

“Avoid at all costs. I wish I’d read all the negative reviews before purchasing anything from them. They sent us the wrong item and are now refusing to accept a return and/or send of them item we actually ordered. Eloise, the Customer Care Team Leader Adexa Direct, is both rude and unprofessional. I don’t think I’ve ever been treated this badly by a company. Definitely the last time we ever purchase anything from them.”

“Absolutely shocking company to deal with, ordered about 4k worth of items in September 2021 followed by 3 months worth of chasing due to wrong items sent out by Adexa, which was a inconvenience in itself, but the most frustrating part is at the time of order adexa had a 10% discount that should’ve been applied at checkout, the discount was never applied but adexa promised this would be sorted, I’ve chased with about 20 emails and after 4 months of waiting frankly I’ve had enough, the service and communications is the worse I’ve ever seen by a company, the response is constantly got is the refund is still being looked into, last time I checked, it’s not very hard to process a refund but for adexa it clearly is.. I would highly recommend NOT to ever use this company, pay more and go elsewhere but please avoid this company at all costs”

“Would give minus stars if I could. Absolute sham of a company who couldn’t be any less customer centred. Received damaged goods and they frankly do not want to know. Now stuck with a dented unit which looks horrible.”

“Order a saucepan cost 99.00, when it was delivered it is way too big. Tried to return and told I have to return at my own costs and there will be a 25% restocking fee. No this wasn’t obvious when ordering from them. Disgusting as I wanted to exchange also. Beware of this company”

“Do not touch this company. Total shits !! Goods not fit for purpose !! We brought a cooker range they said the value was £4000-00 !! Didn't pay that because of their advertising gimmick !! We have it for 5 months !!! It's absolutely rubbish !! Not once have they got back too us !!! Their address is a farm !!! Just Please don't touch them !!!”

“Adexa is an awful unscrupuloud company. we bought a wine cooler from them about three years ago which never worked. We called an engineer out who took it away. We never received a new working one and furthermore, we never got our money back. I think this is a huge scam!”

“Do not buy products from adexa they are scam artists the send u faulty items in the hope u keep them I have now had 7 out of 9 items that were damaged or faulty I have spend 4k on equipment I am really disappointed. I the customer service mainly Eloise with her big mouth. She was telling it was my fault the goods are damaged I was trying to sort repair and she told me I had to send them back with 25 % of the cost being deducted. I had to pay for the pallets to be picked up. im telling u be careful with ordering look at the pictures I attached I have many more pictures and emails miles long. They have cost me to open my shop 3 months later then intentional was set for. The wilm not give u money back as fast u had paid them. Really stay away!!!! From this company. I am listing this company to authorities and hope they will shut this down.”

“Spoke to an adviser on the phone explaining I needed some equipment by a certain date. The adviser said that it would not be a problem, 4 days after the agreed date still no items. I've spent over 2hours on hold over the last 4 days as anytime I call the wait times on hold are so long.. don't be fooled by being second in the Q this only means you have 20 or so minutes of waiting! So I haven't received my items the event was last night so I called them today to just cancel the order that hasn't even left their warehouse and they are saying that a 25% restocking fee is applicable. WHAT A JOKE COMPANY. Awful.. don't be fooled into believing anything they say! It wasn't even a cost issue, the reason brought from them is they assured me on the delivery time. Liars”

“I received an item with damaged packaging and missing parts. Their customer care team are clueless and could not care less. They have no interest in you or your issues and hide behind their small print. I actually feel sorry for the staff they place in this position as they set them up to fail. I wonder what their staff turnover is like?.”

“Worst company to deal with, please don't buy from them, they tried to charge me £160 for cancelling an order because they couldn't deliver to me in the time they stated. I had to contact my credit card company to get a full refund.”

“Absolute shambles a company. Sold a faulty glasswasher and after chasing and chasing to get another one we had to wait weeks. Taking its toll on our business. We then decided to get a refund which they advised Would take 2 weeks. Terrible we will never use again.”
