Dont dont buy anything from this guys, waste of money and time. And i will tell you that, you won't get what you've paid for. There will be something missing and then it will take you months trying to get the missing part, at the end to results. So wasted money and time . Don't bother. Read the reviews.

Wish we had read the reviews before ordering! We are experiencing the absolute nightmare that I can read so many have been having! Ordered 2 fridges, once finally delivered there was only 1. When I finally got an answer they told me they would need cctv of accepting the items even though only one was signed for on delivery!!!!! Finally they admit that the other fridge was not in stock in the first place. Shocking Customer service. Never dealt with a company like this before.

To everyone who looking at buying from this don’t I can’t stress enough this company is a complete shower !!!!!damaged goods covered by packaging this company does not do customer service save you self time and money don’t buy anything from the company they can ever be bothered to call you back and they might answer the phone

The HLC-300 was delivered very quickly and is a good machine but you cannot get additional cutting blades for it unless you buy them from Australia. Adexa informed me that you cannot buy spare discs from them! I wouldn’t have bought it had I known!

I'm so very glad I looked for the reviews. Wanted a hot water boiler for a care home so found this company. I was wondering why these which are usually around £500 are now 135 for a pair. When it seems too good to be true, it usually is! Saved me a lot of headache. You get what you pay for so will spend more for a much better service as from the reviews, the after sales seems atrocious.

Gutted that I didn't read the reviews first (I normally do). Ordered a back bar fridge and the compressor broke down within 6 months. Adexa did offer to send a new part but the quote just to fix it was £500+ meaning the fridge and the warranty are useless. There are loads more suppliers that offer parts and labour warranty even though slightly more expensive so I've cut my losses and gone there.. Anyone want a back bar fridge and compressor :)

Nothing will go wrong if you Don't buy from this company! After reading all the reviews of the previous customers thanks to all. I was just about to buy some equipment worth 10k now I have to shop some where else .

Should've read the reviews before purchasing. Also should've read terms and conditions (they're are laughable) Brand new dough mixer made 2 batches of dough then stopped working. Warranty only last 14 days FROM INVOICE DATE - takes a week to deliver. Warranty now only covers parts. I have to pay for inspection and fault report and return of defective parts and item to be repaired. The machine weighs 98kg - this isn't going to happen. 1st mixer arrived smashed to pieces - took 4 weeks for replacement. DO NOT BUY ITS NOT GOOD VALUE EVEN IF CHEAP - Read the other reviews ..... believe us.

Had an oven from them. Heatvseal was defective. We contacted them by letter, email and phone. But no reply. I do not recommend

All ok till a fault developed after only 4 months. Contacted Adexa cust svs, only to be told that that particular fault (a fridge interior light has failed) is not covered by warranty. Then she said if I got an independent report done at my own expense, stating the fault, if they accept it, they would replace the light, but we would have to get it fitted ourselves, at our own expense. Never heard of such a useless warranty. Details now with Trading Standards.

Send faulty item back, no contact from them. Had to chase, told by them another item would be sent out, but this didn't arrived and denied having said that!! Arranged delivery again, read reviews and asked for refund. The fridge did turn up despite refund!! but box was damaged so can only guess it was damaged again inside. AVOID!!

We ordered a sink in January 19 and when it was finally delivered after having to contact the company as they didn't contact us and in fact the delivery was only notified by the delivery driver on the actual day of delivery, the item arrived badly damaged. It took many emails and a month for them to collect the item, and the collection was the same procedure as above and then the refund didn't arrive and again many emails to resolve this.

Don't buy from Adexa. Cheap Company with bad Customer service. Ordered a freezer 19/02/19. Hopping to receive it in two weeks time but after 22 days I email them where is my product. They email me back they don't have the product in stock. Customer service never contact me about stock. They offered me different freezer with next day delivery service, I accept it as I had no choice, they took my money 22 days ago. After 2-3 day no freezer arrived. I email them again. Answer-wait another 3-5 working days. After long wait I receive the Freezer but they never give me my difference money back. I would advice buy elsewhere.

The delivery was very bad after 7 days waiting they already taken the money and still waiting i did call them the customer service was so bad and not helpful at all after 7 days waiting I refund my product which was I really need them for my new business Not recmat all

Received my refrigerator and required extra shelves. They don't sell them and don't know where they can be sourced. Not particularly helpful and ended live chat abruptly 😬😬
