They have failed to delivery my item and have sent it to the wrong address, they are refusing to send it to the correct address unless I pay for the delivery otherwise they will cancel my order, charge me £24 delivery fee plus 25% restocking fee.

Since 26th March, I have sent a further six emails asking for progress on a collection date and the delivery of my ice maker.

My wife and I were not at home so my eleven year old answered the door and the delivery company asked to unload the packages.

Clinical fridge. delivered after 3 days even thou paid next day delivery chased 3 or 4 times on telephone minimum wait 30mins. Product developed a fault 2 weeks after switching it on asked to send numerous videos of the plug, ventilation and door over 4 days. 4 days later still awaiting a solution as now passed to tech team and emails states upto 3 days to get back.

Once you unload from the delivery truck it is your problem.

What a sham of a company, products supplied damaged and after weeks of complaining they basically say they will do nothing as its your fault for accepting the delivery.

The trolley we receive was completely broken before delivery and has not been removed from its box.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.. Here is my on going story.. I purchased at item at 6am, I realised the item I wanted was the more expensive and bigger version so immediately sent an email asking if it was possible to change the order. No reply. I then called was on the phone for 30 minutes waiting. Spoke to a representative who advised my my order could not be cancelled as it had gone to shipments now the time is 12pm. If I wanted to cancel it would cost 25% of the fee already paid and it would still be sent and I would have to return. I then requested to speak to manager. No call back 2 days later. I emailed my complaint. The response what that they saw no wrong doing so diddnt feel the need to respond to my enquiry. 1.5 weeks later I have had no item I call back and am told the item was cancelled (I had not had a refund) and yes they could refund me minus the 25% I said I would rather have the item. They then told me I could not have the item unless I paid £50 for DELIVERY!! What on earth!! I had just paid £550 for my items… ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING STAY CLEAR!

Each step taking 24hr - 72hr, turning my next day delivery into an almost month long process off the back of a mistake on their part, not mine.
