Once you unload from the delivery truck it is your problem. They will charge you to return it. We have cardboard boxes without a mark on them. Unbox the item and the damage on the product was like they had been hit with a forklift or dropped from a height. The service is appalling and I would strongly recommend not buying a thing from them."
