“Appalling Customer service. This company have very little to no communication with the Delivery drivers. I waited 9 days without refrigerator for my Fridge to arrive & had no reassurance from Alexa. Caused me some anxiety. The product is fine but not as sturdy as suggested - retro style without the beef!”

“bought air fryer oven. smoke comes out of the top of the door and liquid drips from bottom. Casing gets dangerously hot .So much so that it melted rear panel to plug. Capacity is 65% of what was stated due to the position of the heating bars”

“The HLC-300 was delivered very quickly and is a good machine but you cannot get additional cutting blades for it unless you buy them from Australia. Adexa informed me that you cannot buy spare discs from them! I wouldn’t have bought it had I known!”
