“Poor quality items, we brought a pair od expensive Football boots and after 5 months and only wearing once a week they have torn. And not in a place where my son uses to kick. Took back to the store no one wanted to help. Contacted Adidas who gave no help either only tried to sell me another pair 🤬”
“I ordered 3 pairs of shoes in Dec 22. Received them late Jan 23. Returned 2 pair of shoes the next day I got them. It's now end of March, and I haven't received a refund! Absolutely horrible customer service. They say they will process the refund within the next 5 business days but they never do. Avoid ordering directly from the Adidas at all cost!”

Absolutely disgusted in Adidas! They are taking peoples money and not sending orders. I have been informed by 2 of their "customer support team" (using that term extremely loosely - names of these members of staff who seem to be working if a sheet of automatic inhelpful resolutions to con customers out of more money are Yamini, Priya and Tracey), that there is an issue on their side, they have my item in stock but the only way they will solve this quickly is if I reorder and pay for the item again and then fight for a refund......they have my item in stock but are refusing to send it unless I pay again. I have now been waiting on an order for over 2 weeks! Absolutely shocking for such a large company, and to be charging customers twice due to their mistakes, when they have the items sitting in their stock room is robbery! I have now been trying to sort this since last week, I was advised at the weekend after hours of fighting for my order that I would be receiving an email as a priority with a new estimated delivery date (seen as we are now way past the date specified on my account), surprise surprise, another lie! After chasing again I'm now being told to wait another 48 hours for someone to look into this”

We contacted Adidas and we're asked to provide pictures and a receipt.
We were told damage was due to "normal wear and tear ". After 1 day.

Had an email to say I couldn't return the product...I hadn't done this so phoned them and they just said there was nothing they could do...now my son has nothing to open on his birthday and they couldn't even offer next day delivery...the best they could do was offer my son an apology!! “Shoddy workmanship. An hour waiting time on the phone to customer services. Then when eventually I get thru', I'm told the product is non returnable as the trainers were personalised for me by Adidas themselves(!!)
After informing customer services THEY WERE WRONG, they eventually offered to send an email to me to photograph the defect BEFORE they would replace them. I'm still waiting on the email .....................”
“this company is a joke - I ordered and paid for two pairs of shoes. Only one pair arrived - the wrong make and wrong size. I tried to reorder/replace and so far have requested over 10 pairs of shoes all of which they say they don't have in stock. The reality is they only have two pairs of shoes in stock and will send them out irrespective of which pair you order! It is impossible to get a refund. AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS”
