“My son's shoes began falling apart the day after we bought them.
We contacted Adidas and we're asked to provide pictures and a receipt.
We were told damage was due to "normal wear and tear ". After 1 day.

Soles of my shoes came apart and the middle disintegrated, I spent 15,00 to return them and they would not even communicate with me form letter after form letter. Finally they just refused to do anything about it. That took 2 months, $15. in returns and out the $100. I paid fir the junk azz shoes”

“Absolutely shocking service,spend just short of £90 on a pair of football boots for my son over a week in advance to make sure I had them in time! Had an email to say I couldn't return the product...I hadn't done this so phoned them and they just said there was nothing they could do...now my son has nothing to open on his birthday and they couldn't even offer next day delivery...the best they could do was offer my son an apology!! He's 10 years old!! Disgusting treatment!!”
