An item I ordered was not in the package I received, I was told that everything is double checked at their end and that confirms the item was in the box. They're refusing to acknowledge they might have made a mistake and no replacement item or refund will be issued. Going round in circles with their terrible customer service department.

Adidas doesn't care if the item is lost and takes long to refund your money.

Just been reading other reviews of customer experience with Adidas UK when returning items and refusing to exchange or refund by telling customers the item does not meet return conditions because the item has been worn and in their words smelly!! Adidas UK customer services should be investigated for consumer affairs abuse!!

I was accused of returning an item that was in returns teams words, smelly!! I returned it to Adidas UK as it didn't fit me for an exchange but then received the item back saying I didn't meet their returns conditions!! It doesn't smell it never did and now I have an item I have paid for I can't wear!! I cannot get a refund or exchange they say!! Atrocious customer service!

Waiting 3 weeks for my package. Playing phone tag with addidas and FedEx. FedEx has lost the package and will not get a refund. Addidas says I have to wait 14 days for any updates. Tired of waiting. Will never buy from Addidas again!! Bad customer support.

I ordered shoes for my son's first day of school, which never arrived. Here we are, 3 weeks later, and we have no shoes or refund. I've chatted with them 3 times now and they tell me every time to check back in 7 days. For what? I want a refund. I've already driven 2 hours to have to buy the shoes AGAIN in time for school. They have the absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life. BEWARE.
