Appalling company! Bought some funky hiking trainers via the Adidas App (on the basis it would be easier). Unfortunately, the trainers were too narrow and painful on both feet after 5 minutes. I tried to return them but couldn’t find the confirmation email with order details. I was pretty sure it was Adidas and had emails from previous purchase but nothing for the hiking trainers. I kept searching in my email but eventually found the order details buried inside the app. When I contacted Adidas, they claimed I had exceeded the 30-day return period. I explained what had happened expecting some understanding but they refused. I’ve now been charged £130 for an item that I cannot use. I had hoped that they’d see common sense. But clearly short term profits matter more than the lifetime value of loyal customers. Their poor back-office operations have caused me financial loss that I wont be able to reclaim. I used to love Adidas, but their customer service is terrible - my family and I won’t be buying from them again. Is it really worth £130?! We’ll be shopping with Nike or Puma - who offer 60-day returns

I was accused of returning an item that was in returns teams words, smelly!! I returned it to Adidas UK as it didn't fit me for an exchange but then received the item back saying I didn't meet their returns conditions!! It doesn't smell it never did and now I have an item I have paid for I can't wear!! I cannot get a refund or exchange they say!! Atrocious customer service!

Poor service. Defective items. Outdated returns. Shocking from a company like Adidas lost a customer here.

Worst customer service ever ever ever. Soles of my shoes came apart and the middle disintegrated, I spent 15,00 to return them and they would not even communicate with me form letter after form letter. Finally they just refused to do anything about it. That took 2 months, $15. in returns and out the $100. I paid fir the junk azz shoes
