“ No order received, bad customer service, even worse delivery company they work with - UPS ”

“ I was accused of returning an item that was in returns teams words, smelly!! I returned it to Adidas UK as it didn't fit me for an exchange but then received the item back saying I didn't meet their returns conditions!! It doesn't smell it never did and now I have an item I have paid for I can't wear!! I cannot get a refund or exchange they say!! Atrocious customer service! ”
