“I have never worked with ADLIB Recruitment, but I find Mike Harley's approach to be unprofessional. It’s concerning that he feels it's acceptable to harass Ticketmaster's LinkedIn post with comments about dynamic pricing related to a job posting he has never engaged with. I would recommend avoiding this recruitment agency”
“A really bad experience! I had a horrid experience when my CV was discovered by one of ADLIB's recruiters. Loads and loads of useless questions and a patronising style during all of our conversations. It goes without saying that I will not recommend ADLIB and will never use them again!”
“I would only give 1 star because it doesn't allow for you to put nothing when leaving a review of this kind, i was a job seeker and spoke to an employee by the name of Aaron Dury, the job was falsely advertised stating 'permanent' when it was 'FTC', the benefits of the companies were incorrectly provided also. It wasn't upon receiving the offer from the company i noticed discrepancies. Upon explaining to the consultant i would need time to consider this role due to the difference in details as falsely advertised by ADLIB, the recruitment agent then proceeded to call the employer (on my behalf, without consent) and declined the job offer with no confirmation of this in writing to consent to declining the job. The company then offered this role to the next candidate and they have not taken responsibility or accountability for this. This is by far the worst recruitment agency for any technical professional who is seeking a actually obtain a job past the offer letter being recieved.
Breached many code of conducts.”
“Called and asked to speak to Savannah or Alex, but unfortunately they were not available. They passed me over to Adam. I spoke to Adam over the phone and after we spoke he asked me to send him my CV and he would call me back to see if they had anything that would fit my CV. Well its been over a week now and no phone call nor a simple email. I can only assume they have so many clients that they couldn't get back to me. Very disappointed. Just a courtesy email or call saying you didn't have anything for me would have sufficed. Professional courtesy.”
“Terrible. Tried setting up an initial phone call, waited at the agreed time and nothing. The call never happened. (In fact, someone different called, but I never heard from that person again). Blunt, one line emails when I get in touch to ask something. Absolutely no proactivity, I was told 'just check the website and apply, we put everything on there'. Very much made to feel like I'm wasting time and am not good enough to warrant a decent reply.”

“Since registering I’ve received zero phone calls yet seen lots of relevant jobs on their website. If I do email about an opportunity I don’t even get a phone call to discuss, I just get a blunt email saying that they won’t refer me despite finding relevant matches. Complete lack of care.”
