“Bought a premium product that broke through routine, expected use after just 2 weeks! Adoregolfgrips weren’t interested in the issue that they may be selling faulty products and just offered me a discount on a new one, no thanks. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.”

“The items (400€ value) never arrived in France because of DPD delivery man who kept the package and forged the signature! DPD and the customer service never recognized the forge! Adoregolfgrips never answer. Many customers had the same issue. Shame and thiefs!!!”

“The grips failed to arrive which probably was the fault of their delivery agent. Adore Grips refused to investigate the issue despite being given the Reference number and evidence from this end. We had CCTV confirming nothing was delivered! When I used their live chat they said they could not find the email that was sent and when I commented on Twitter they blocked me. Appalling customer service and cannot recommend this seller.”

“Be careful when you order from the EU: unlike other companies, Adore doesnot charge you import duties and also doesnot tell you that you will be charged taxes by DPD separately. Quite a nasty surprise, because you won't receive the product unless you pay taxes (approx. 20% !!!). My opinion: very misleading....”

“They don’t post poor reviews, purchase a shaft extension that snapped after 3 shots left review it went for approval never been posted, so take review with a pinch of salt”

“Promised free tape with every order, I mistakenly thought every order meant my order too, obviously not.Offered a refund, so I would have to pay return postage, or would send tape to me if I payed postage. Judge for yourself quality of customer service.”
