“The ordered items arrived in good time. One item was faulty, and a request was made to the support desk but no acknowledgement has been forthcoming. We are now on day 6 after the original mail was sent with no reply. Not acceptable given their website says their team should provide an acknowledgement within 24 hours...”

“After this toy had been talked up for years, I finally took the plunge, fully expecting it to blow my p*ssy right off. Unfortunately it doesn't quite seem to do it for me. It was difficult to reach climax, and frankly, it was nowhere near as intense as with my cheap little Amazon rose toy. So just a quick warning, it doesn't work for everyone! The blue colour is nice, though”
