Two items delivered are not the same as what was ordered. No email order confirmation detailing the items ordered, and no packing slips listing the items delivered. Example is we ordered a strap on with strap, but received strapless which is useless.

Not particularly happy this time as I'm still waiting for my parcel to arrive it's now 5 days late not due to adult toy mega store but NZ Post seem to have lost my package

Product did not work. Tried to contact 0800 number and email to get a replacement but no luck for a week and cant return it! Would not recommend this company!

I recieved my product in the wrong colour. I asked for a white coloured one but got given dark brown one instead. I’m disappointed with it and I’m not going to use it.

I would love to leave a review on the products I purchased, however, this is not possible as 6 days after said arrival date, I am still bloody waiting. Whether it is a store matter or courier matter, I am very disappointed as I’ve been eager to explore my sexual fantasies and this is holding me back. I do appreciate the emails keeping me updated but don’t enjoy reading the same one stating there has been no progress in delivery. Not angry, just disappointed.
