I still have not had any contact about what ATMS said sounds like a product fault. In fact, I can’t I’d a review where a customer has said they’ve followed up and fixed a problem. It’s always “we’ll look into it”.

Very high additional costs.Order cancelled a 30% cancellation fee !!!It is legal ?Warranty policy covers products only for 31 days! The products that I ordered were packed in a foil envelope, so the packaging of the products is completely bent. Free product (water-based lubricant) is valid until the end of this month.I definitely do not recommend this company.

****WARNING**** Despite them having a co.uk site, 0800 number & UK customer service address they are not based in the UK at all and they will charge you extra to have your package delivered incurring import taxes. You cant get a refund or cancel. Find a UK store we have loads of decent ones - this company is VERY misleading and feels scammy!

Terrible customer service, misleading items on site and uncooperative to refund, didn’t even offer a credit. I won’t be buying from this site again. Extremely disappointing!

Twice faulty products in the past! And recent product has yucky sticky disgusting liquid gel leaking all over it. Very disgusting! Can’t even get it off! This is very dangerous because it can be hazard! However customer service was terrible and it took so long to respond me. I’ve sent photo and video clips to them but response so slow. I’ve given them chances twice in the past re-faulty products but this time I’ve totally lost confidence. Please do not buy anything expensive from Adult Toy Megastore in New Zealand. The risk of faulty is high! Wish I could give no star here! Terrible!

Don't order from this company if you are in the UK (from their .co.uk site). Items are despatched from News Zealand. It has been 11 days and there is still no sign of the package.

We purchased 3 items. One didn’t work at all, it wouldn’t charge, whilst a second item was poorly designed & a complete disappointment. Fast delivery, but that’s about it.

I was so excited to get this for my partner and I to try. We are a both grils fyi... it did state it would be a good toy for us but Sadly it will be another toy that drops to the bottom of the toy box to never be used again. The vibration tho strong feels very weak once pressed against the body. the idea of procision is there but for us they missed the mark on this one.

Bought the satisfyer pro 2 after reading all the good reviews and unfortunately I'm very disappointed. It is extremely loud at anything above level 1, don't know if it's defective or just the way it is.

Placed my order for the Satisfyer Pro 2 on 28 April and still have yet to be able to use it. It arrived missing the charger and the box looked like it had been opened and resealed, which I am told by customer service "can't" happen but it definitely looked opened and the sticker looked like it had been peeled and replaced. I was then sent a return courier bag which I sent back probably 1 month ago now and have not heard anything back from them. Just want a refund at this point but have no idea if my replacement is on the way as haven't heard anything. Have just checked the website and they don't seem to be on there anymore so wondering if they ran out of stock and aren't sending me one? Would love to be sent an email to let me know what is happening and/or to be refunded. I also cannot seem to find my original review that I left when this first happened?
