“One of our toys didn't work. This is a shame, because the other one did and the communication, shipping speed, value for money, and quality were great. This would be a 5 star review, but for the "it didn't work" issue.”

“Hi ATMS team, I purchased a LELO smart wand from you. But I found it is faulty product then I sent an email to you guys. I haven't heard from you yet. “Website and payment/delivery were great. Unfortunately products less so - cuffs broke on first use (steel clips) and the lip balm was I think old - the top half had congealed and was unusable.”

“Love most of it apart from the bullet i got doesnt even work... I know you had to take the plastic bit off but it doesnt vibrate no wonder they were free.. So pointless really.”
