“I'm not impressed at all. Once my order finally arrived I was disappointed to see that it was damaged. As the broken piece was not in the package I can only assume it was sent to me damaged. Packaging staff need to take much more care!”

“My experience with AdultToyMegaStore was amazing. The website was easy to navigate, the packaging was great, and shipping was faster than advertised. “It was not clear at checkout that two promotions could not be used at the same time. Therefore, I used 6 atms dollars and then put in the code for a free satisfyer pro 3. Because I had already used the ATMs dollars the code did not work and nothing alerted me to this so I believed that I would be receiving the satisfyer 3 pro along with my purchase. It wasn't until my packaged arrived that I realized the mistake. I was very disappointed as I only made the purchase because of the promotion.”

Hi Jessica! There are messages in the cart detailing in red that only one can be used at a time. We also detail in all T&C's for our promotions that loyalty dollars cannot be used with the deal as well.

“I forgot to add something to my order, so i emailed them straight away and they answered the day after and added it straight away. My order was practically overnight. Nothing but good service from these guys :)”
