“I bought three toys, and I paid a lot for quick shipping. The one toy I barely touched, and it broke. The other toy was a bit hard, and the third toy was not really what I had hoped for. I feel I wasted 200 Dollars.”

“Just so everyone knows the super duper express delivery option that you pay $15 for? does not mean overnight delivery but two days to deliver instead of three, at least it was in my case. ATMS don't tell you this, just that you get priority shipping. I don't know how ATMS rates themselves on this super duper express service, I'd be interested to know.”

We advertise Priority Dispatch as a fast track within the warehouse - it does not affect delivery couriers times. Glad I could clarify that for you 😊

“It wasn’t a great experience this time. I was telling my partner how good you were. We check the delivery timeframe and it lined up with getting our purchase before a romantic weekend away. It was very late with little clear communication around the delay. I called up and was told I had been sent an email which I hadn’t. The email came a day and a half later and the items 4 days after that. One of the outfits was only half and outfit which wasn’t clear from the pic or description.”

“I had a order that did not arrive. I was home all day and no delivery came. So i spent around $30 and got nothing, not even a note on how to recieve my parcel. please can i be refunded so i can rebuy it or get another order sent cause ive already paid.”

Hi Brent! We sent multiple emails to you detailing the issues affecting the arrival of the calendars into our warehouse, unfortunately, this was due to Covid delaying seafreight. Sorry if you did not receive those emails!
