The most incredible customer service and most helpful, fast responding people you could ask for, however I have Had issues with the pace couriers twice now, the first time which was earlier this year I paid extra for the same night delivery and it never showed up, but got refunded the shipping and received next day, and then this time leaving it at the wrong house 2 hours before it was supposed to be delivered so resulting in a lot of mucking around to get it. However thanks for sorting it so well. :)

Thank you Maddy!! We have spoken with the PACE couriers about this situation as this is not the usual service they deliver. We really appreciate this feedback so we can continue to discuss with the couriers how to give the best customer experience 🧡

Prompt immediate service & after hours support service answered my email BUT the NZ Post courier service was appalling. I was meant to receive parcel Thursday last week it is now Monday evening & nothing has arrived. I think you should find another courier service as they are blaming ATM for not addressing the parcel correctly

My first purchase was perfect,well packaged in a suitable box and arrived pristine and promptly,my second order however was in a courier bag and the contents arrived fairly battered and the individual product cartons crushed or damaged.Overall i rate the shopping experience highly but the boxing up of a valuable $***+ order would be something id look seriously at please.

Great secret packaging, great delivery time and reasonable prices. However the items I purchased were much smaller than expected. Using CM as well as inches for measurements would be helpful and also having vivid descriptions of ALL the products and their measurements would be better

Great products but $10 courier fee for 2 to 3 day dilivery should not take 7 days cheers

Amazing it fast delivery and customer service but when I opened it the toy wash had leaked everywhere!! It didn’t affect the products but not sure fun to clean up

Toy is great. When it works. For some reason it won't hold it's charge and I have to charge it before every use. Like it's dead flat. I don't know about most people but I don't want to have to leave it charging all the time, or pre plan when I want to use it.. it's a bit of a nightmare really...

Good range and prices. Average service Did two separate orders online within 30min of eachother, one arrived within 1-2days, the other is still sitting at nzpost depot 4days later "processing" and I paid for postage. Made for a negative experience. Will keep shopping around to see if other companies do better delivery time frames

I brought the S/M (I'm a size 8-10, b cup, 174cam with a long torso) I found the overall size OK, very generous in the cup area and the adjustable bra strap is already at its smallest/shortest which for me so would prefer if it could be made smaller/tighter. The overall bodice length is a bit short for me but the garters are really generous in length. None of these things impact the overall wear/look but if you are comparing what you look like to box its not quite the same fit which is a little disappointing. Not sure if I would buy Baci again, the general S/M or M/L sizing doesn't really work for me.

Great prices, fast service, packaging could have been better as my product didn't have a cap on it and leaked everywhere.

Great company to deal with. Quick purchase and delivery. No hassle. Only complaint is item was advertised as quiet. Not likely. Similar to a Traction engine would be accurate. Certainly not a toy you can use discretely when others are in the house. haha Satisfyer Pro.

Customer service is fantastic, only concern is my replacement satisfyer pro (which was sent as my first one didn't charge from the get-go) had the same issue.

Service was superb and I would’ve rated 5 stars as Item arrived overnight BUT packaging was damaged. So disappointed as it was a gift and I had to ditch the packaging to gift it. Item was packed well so am guessing it was dropped in transit. Regardless, it was not received in perfect condition and I needed it that night so couldn’t request a replacement.
