Customer service using copy/paste answers with the same message over and over regardless of my queries. I’ve never got my order nor my money refunded. When I phoned to the number in their website another totally different company picked up. They are thieves, please avoid at all costs

Sounds are only chrome plated steel. The chrome plating has already started to crack by the time it was delivered. Don't bother with these, make sure you buy sounds that are solid stainless steel.

Purchased a toy for a friend whose not quite sure what she wanted. Was told you have a no refund or exchange policy even if the toy wasn't opened?. What is that all about?

I ordered my items and was expected to receive them in the 6th of January. It is the 15th, and I still have not received them. I am so disappointed. I tried contacting them via email and calling their number, and I cannot reach them. If I knew it was going to take this long, I would of made the purchase instore.

I am not happy at all. I paid $15 for a empty toy bag. It needed to be mote clear when you had the freebies when you find a elf. I totally got ripped off. Really upset about it. I use you guys every time I buy something and this is very disappointing.

Toy is not fit for purpose, the clit stimulator is nowhere near my anatomy the expensive toy I brought is unusable and they won't return my calls. I want to return this product.

Appalling customer service. Claims to have easy returns, yet won’t exchange and brand new unopened item that was accidentally purchased. Only care about the customers money, not their customers loyalty. Will not be shopping again.
