It’s too small for me tried it out one can’t fit . Package is open can’t return it. It is no use for me but beside that dealing with the seller is very good 👍

Havent even received it. Msgd team and was advised itd be with me by a certain date. Almost 2 weeks later ive moved countries and it still hasnt shown as delivered. Not sure if this is atms problem or the courier. But when i emailed i was advised i would be getting it 2 days before i left. Ive now been out of the country 5 days n no note that it has been delivered

I ordered three products of which one was broken and the other wasn't what I ordered online. So 1/3 products were what they said they were. Not happy at all and most definitely want a refund or AT LEAST an email back with a resolution. I would update a photo of what I ordered vs what I got but my order history is nowhere to be found.

Received a used product! Box not sealed. Obviously used - with flaking you know what on it. I didn’t think such things could be returned in the first place! Have taken photo evidence!

Recieved my order and my kegel trainer vibrator wont charge. I have emailed ATMS and called but communication is shocking. Very disappointed in how hard ita been to get a replacement or refund

It's a shame categories are labelled "toys for penises" and "toys for vulvas" instead of for men or women. It's a bit creepy to act as if the people using the site and products are just floating genitals. Pandering to the gender nonsense rather than simply admitting that "for penises" = men and "for vulvas" = women puts me off
